Announced at the online awards ceremony on 10 September, the judges praised Fraser for fresh ideas for sustainable logistics. He is Rail Logistics Manager at the family-owned operator and owner of Mossend International Railfreight Park (MIRP), Peter D Stirling Limited, founded in 1870 and celebrating 150 years of business this year.
The RFG Awards recognise excellence in all aspects of rail freight, acknowledging the outstanding work of teams up and down the country.
David Stirling, Director of MIRP operator Peter D Stirling Ltd, said: “Fraser is the fifth generation of the family business and has fitted in seamlessly to the team of experienced professionals who I am also very proud to have on board.
